Logan is starting to walk!

On Sept. 12, Logan took three steps, two different times. He has been taking steps almost everyday since then. He is a lot of fun and Lori is getting to spend more one on one time with him since Kate has been in school. And I think he likes it.

Kate is a busy girl!

Kate has a very busy schedule these days. Monday and Wednesdays she has speech class( working on her articulation). Also on Mondays she has dance lessons :) Tuesdays and Thursdays she goes to school. Friday is an off day.
One interesting thing that she come home more tired from the speech lessons than she does from the regular school. And the speech lessons are only for two hours.

This weekend she had her first ever soccer game. It should be interesting. She knows what a soccer ball is and that you are suppose to kick it. And that is about all.

Logan is 11 Months Old Today

Logan is 11 months old today. In another month he will 1 year old. Where has the time gone? He is very much on the go these days. Cruising and standing up for a couple seconds at a time.
It is fun and very wet these days during bath time. Logan and Kate start splashing each other and they have a grand time.

Have I ever mentioned that he loves to eat. Well he loves to eat a variety of things. There is not really anything that he wont eat. That makes it a lot easier on mom.

Daddy

It was very obvious this morning that Logan was saying Daddy. I thought he trying to say it a few days ago. But this morning he was trying to get to me and was saying Daddy. Now how awesome is that?

Crawling Crawling Crawling

Logan is very busy. The little guy is crawling all over the house. He is pulling up where ever he can.
After supper we put him down on the play room floor. It doesn't take to long for him to crawl to the bathtub and bang on it. It is his way of letting us know, that it is time for his bath.

Logan is definitely mobile now. I think we can say that he is officially crawling. His reverse works much better forward crawl. I expect by the end of the week, he will have it completely figured out.

Disney 2009

We had a great time at Disney. We spent 7 great days in Orlando. The morning and evenings were wonderful. We went back to our room for naps in the afternoon so we could miss the afternoon heat.




Katie's favorite for the trip was Annie. Katie's comment when she saw Annie for the first time was, "She is so big". She absolutely adores Annie. Kate brought home a Annie doll that goes where ever Kate goes.

The meal plan that we were on allowed character meals. We took full advantage of it. Below is a sample of the some of the pictures.

Wake up Katie, Its your BDay

We woke Katie up with balloons this morning. Today is her third Birthday. She has school today and we are taking cup cakes to school so she can share with her friends. She will be having a couple of more parties this week to celebrate with different friends.

She is an AWESOME little girl.

Logan is officially sitting up.

As of yesterday, Logan is officially sitting up. He still wobbles some and does nose dives, but the little guy is sitting up. More fun pictures to follow.

Logan's 5 month pictures

For Katie's first year we had pictures taken every month on her birthday. We are doing the same thing for Logan. They change so much during the first year. So here are some of the ones I liked.

Valentines Pictures

Here are some pictures from our attempt at some valentine photos. We had some camera issues that we didn't figure out until after the pictures of Kate and Logan. So Kate's pictures didn't turn out as well as Logan's. Great subjects, dad was just having technical issues.

Logan started on cereal this week. First day he seemed a little unsure. Today he enjoyed it and was asking for more.

I wanted to pass on some more news about Logan. He is now holding his bottle on his own. Started earlier in the week. He has also been doing scrunches all month. So we expect that he will be sitting up on his own soon.

Roll Over

It has been a long time since I have blogged. A lot of things have been going on, I will add some entries to catch up. But the news over the weekend is fun. Logan decided it was time to rollover :)

He rolled from his back to his front and then propped himself up and looked around. Fun Fun.
